Requesting the seller’s legal details / 事業者情報の開示請求

In accordance with the proviso to Article 11 of Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, the seller’s legal name, responsible person’s name, business address and telephone number will be provided without delay by email upon request, with enough time to review the information before applying for paid lessons.

特定商取引法第11条ただし書に基づき、販売事業者の氏名（名称）、運営責任者、所在地および電話番号は、請求があった場合、申込みの意思決定前に十分な時間的余裕をもって、電子メールにて遅滞なく提供いたします。

Services 役務の内容	Private one-to-one online English lessons for children, offered in 30- and 60-minute formats. お子さま向けのマンツーマン・オンライン英語レッスン（30分・60分）。
Prices 販売価格	Prices are displayed in Japanese yen on the Pricing page. The free trial does not create a paid enrollment or automatic subscription. 料金は料金ページに日本円で表示しています。無料体験のお申し込みのみで有料契約や自動継続が開始されることはありません。
Additional costs 商品代金以外の必要料金	Customers are responsible for internet or data charges and any fees charged by their bank or payment provider. Any other charge will be disclosed before enrollment. インターネット通信料、データ通信料、銀行または決済サービスが請求する手数料はお客様のご負担となります。その他の費用がある場合は、お申し込み前にお知らせします。
Payment method and timing 支払方法・支払時期	The available payment method and due date are confirmed personally in writing after the free trial and before any paid enrollment is accepted. 利用可能な支払方法と支払期限は、無料体験後、有料レッスンのお申し込み確定前に書面または電子メールでご案内します。
Service timing 役務の提供時期	Paid lessons begin on the schedule agreed in writing with the parent or guardian after enrollment is confirmed. 有料レッスンは、お申し込み確定後、保護者と書面または電子メールで合意した日時に提供します。
Applications and availability 申込期間・提供条件	There is no fixed application period unless stated otherwise. Enrollment and schedule changes are subject to tutor availability. 別途表示がない限り、申込期間の定めはありません。受講開始および日程変更は講師の空き状況によります。
Cancellations and refunds キャンセル・返金	At least four hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Completed lessons, late cancellations and missed lessons are non-refundable. Requests involving unused prepaid lessons are reviewed individually. See the Lesson Policies for full details. 無料でキャンセルまたは振替をするには、開始時刻の4時間前までにご連絡ください。実施済みレッスン、期限後のキャンセル、無断欠席は返金対象外です。未使用の前払いレッスンに関する返金依頼は個別に確認します。詳しくはレッスン規約をご覧ください。
Technical requirements 利用環境	A suitable computer or tablet, stable internet connection, working camera, microphone and audio, and the agreed video-meeting application are required. パソコンまたはタブレット、安定したインターネット接続、カメラ、マイク、音声、および合意したビデオ会議アプリが必要です。
